The backbone to every successful epoxy resin flooring application is the prep work that is done before the coating is applied. This is where we pride ourselves in our success. We don't skimp when it comes to prep work. The prep work is EVERYTHING.
Every floor is professionally diamond ground before resins are applied. We use HEPA vacuum systems that eliminate all dust from the process. All pitting and cracks are repaired/ filled and allowed to properly cure and ground flat. Your floor is perfectly restored before we even put a drop of epoxy on it! We also do moisture vapor testing of your slab and apply special resins that can resist water rising through the concrete which is extremely important to the longevity of your floor.
Ever tear up some old flooring and that awful black or yellow glue is all over the concrete? Or how about that tile removal but you just cant get that mortar all off the floor. We have specialized equipment to remove any adhesive or coating and we can do it all dust free! We can regrade concrete and even reconstruct badly pitted and damaged slabs. We can make them look new again...better than new.
